This refund policy applies to all digital courses purchased from Laura Martin Coaching. We are committed to complying with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
When you purchase a digital course from us, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for any reason.
Before You Start the Course
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded any course materials, you may cancel at any time within the 14-day period and receive a full refund.
After You Start the Course
By accessing or downloading course materials before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, you expressly agree to:
Begin receiving the digital content immediately
Waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period
Once you have accessed the course content, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies, except where the course fails to meet the standards described below.
Quality Standards
All our digital courses are provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means every course must be:
Of satisfactory quality - free from significant bugs or technical faults
Fit for purpose - suitable for the purposes we have described
As described - matching the description provided at the time of purchase
If Your Course Doesn't Meet These Standards
If you believe your course does not meet these quality standards, you are entitled to:
Within 30 days of purchase: A full refund
After 30 days: A refund or price reduction, depending on the circumstances

How to Request a Refund
To cancel your purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period (if you have not accessed the course), please:
Email us at lauramartincoaching@gmail.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
Include your order number and the course name
Confirm that you have not accessed any course materials
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:
You have accessed course content and the 14-day period has expired (unless the course is faulty or not as described)
You have changed your mind after accessing the course materials during the cooling-off period
You have completed the course and obtained any certification or credentials offered
